Stitched INK, a Social Enterprise business established by The Arc Allegany-Steuben, is a full-service custom apparel decorating shop specializing in screen printing and embroidery services. Located in Bath, New York, we are committed to providing high-quality, customized apparel solutions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, businesses, government, and community organizations – while providing career employment opportunities to people who would otherwise face barriers to traditional employment.
Our proud legacy stretches over three decades and has touched the lives of countless people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Stitched INK, initially launched in 1990 as Printers Plus, a program offering vocational and employment opportunities in screen-printing for people with IDD. For the past 33 years, our passion for creativity, unwavering commitment to quality, and dedication to customer service has set us apart as a premier destination for apparel silk-screen and embroidery services.

Our Impact
Stitched INK offers roles in all aspects of our screen-printing and embroidery business, including graphics, printing, embroidering, quality control, packaging and customer service.
We focus on skill development and training tailored to the abilities and interests of individuals with IDD. This includes on the job training, job coaching, and mentorship – all aimed at enhancing their technical skills in screen-printing and embroidery, as well as soft skills such as communication, teamwork and problem solving.
